Due to the nature of custom items, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not accepted. Any chargebacks will result in your future orders being automatically canceled and a permanent ban from ordering with Hellhounds Original.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Hellhounds Original is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All packages with tracking are insured up to $100. If item arrives damaged during shipment reach out within 48 hours of package being delivered with multiple photos of damaged package and I will do my best to assist you.
